About Us

Justin has worked in Restaurant, Retail, Manufacturing and Financial Management for more than 15 years. He graduated from Colorado State University and began his management career at 22. 

Through formative experiences early on, he learned listen and react. He developed a passion for working with people and building teams that work smarter and remain focused on a strong culture. 

Most recently Justin worked for nearly a decade in a startup in the 3D Printing industry, The 3D Printing Store. There he interacted with over 1000 clients and helped them achieve their project and product development goals. 

He takes great pride in the accomplishments of his teams over the years, including recognition from national and regional bodies. 

In his free time he is thinking about sandwiches, getting outside with his family and taking his next great adventure. 

 Lauren has worked in the Food Industry for the past 18 years in various restaurants and bakeries in the metro area.

She graduated from Johnson and Wales for Baking & Pastry Arts as well as Food Service Management in 2009.  She joined Whole Foods in the Bakery and helped with Production Management and Team Training 

In 2012, she pioneered the blossoming Cannabis Industry working for Sweet Grass Kitchen.  During her tenure there, she started as an Assistant Chef and grew into the role of  Director of Operations and Executive Chef.  She helped develop operational systems for whole sale manufacturing, ensured quality control for products and process and navigated the ever changing regulatory landscape. 

Lauren believes that trust, communication and collaboration are pillars to developing a great team.  All of these facets were important during her time in a leadership role.

She has a great passion for cooking/ baking at home, playing and listening to music and rollerskating.
